Pilot public notice

This public site is an informational pilot. Forms, accounts, payments, and investment transactions are not operational. Final service terms will be reviewed before those features launch.

This Privacy Policy explains how Streetly, a venture of the Nuerizo Group during this public pilot ("Streetly", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and services, including Streetly Ventures and Streetly OS.

  • Information you provide: name, contact details, business details, and content submitted through application or contact forms.
  • Business & operational data (Streetly OS): sales, inventory, expenses, and similar records you enter into the product.
  • Usage & device data: log data, device information, and cookies as described in Section this pilot site, which does not load optional analytics cookies.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve Streetly Ventures and Streetly OS.
  • To review applications and communicate with you about them.
  • To provide support, security, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • No optional analytics or marketing processing is active in this pilot.

3. Legal bases & your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact us through the site to exercise any rights that apply in your location.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We may share information with service providers, within the Nuerizo Group where appropriate, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information. A production sub-processor list will be published before live data collection begins.

5. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Production retention periods will be published before accounts are enabled.

6. Children's privacy

Streetly is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. The pilot is intended for adults representing businesses.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
